I would like to see a calculation of the carbon footprint from the worst vegan option vs the best meat one. I have ended up in discussions where people argue that soy gets shipped from across the world. I know that the feed from cows also gets shipped the same distance, but it fould be fun to see how much pollution an amount of meat farmed ecologically locally on your own farm produces versus the same amount of, say tofu produced and shipped across half the globe.
I’m grilling for my family all the time. All vegan. My son loves grilled corn, and there’s plenty of plant based burgers and hot dogs.
