What was your biggest challenge living offgrid, do you think its best to change the diet to a plantbased along with setting up a small farm/greenhouse and stock vitamin supplements or just make occasional trips to get food for stocking longterm?

As someone starting to live offgrid sometimes I’m interested in setting up outdoor cameras for security, would you point me in a direction to how to do a local security camera setup so it won’t connect to a corporate cloud?

I’m having similar doubts, I see no one replied to your post for months so just asking, did you manage to find an answer to those questions elsewhere and have any points to direct me to?
