Yeah FreeCAD has brutal usability. I use it on occasion but if it’s anything overly complex I usually switch to Fusion360

Depends if you’re actually contagious during that time or not. That was the big thing with COVID you can be contagious days before having symptoms. Where as SARS you would be symptomatic before you were contagious.
Servers have their place in a home lab but it’s not if it lives in your office. 64GB in a server doesn’t make sense though. You can get more than that in a MS-01 at probably a lower price and lower power use.

I love it when they look at you annoyed because they know you’ve just nailed it.

Yeah using MD5 at this point is really indefensible and has been for years.

Glitter is really thin though.

I can only imagine what a horror show it would be if glitter was tiny flakes of glass. Makes fiberglass pale in comparison.
They’re actually sold for that purpose so we weren’t that clever :)

Yeah I run Orca for my A1 because Bambu Studio is awful about connecting to it in LAN mode. Orca can connect and my home-assistant can connect but they can’t figure out how to get their own damn software to. Most likely to force you to use cloud.
On a king I still find that it sags a lot in the middle of the edges even with the corners tied. So we got the magnetic fasteners (like on anti theft clothing tags) to pin the middle.

Zed is an option. Just trying it out myself now after this fiasco.

I got 256GB of DDR4 last year for about the price of 32GB of DDR5 now.

Definitely on Genesis

It was a non profit at the time
You can just use a relay for your first hop that’s what I do since my ISP finally got round to adding my IP to the PBL. There are some that have a more reasonable amount of deliveries in their free tier than others.

That’ll help with smoothness but at the speeds CPU fans run small balance issues can make noticeable differences in sound output. Then you have to weigh the time spent refining vs the value of your time. But sometimes it’s fun to print stuff just to prove you can, even if the savings are minimal to non-existent.
I never let mine on the internet and use lan only using Orca slicer too so I don’t have to worry about Bambu Studio pushing an update to it which probably wouldn’t be an issue cause it was always garbage at connecting via lan anyway.
