The bank thing that lead to the eventual collapse was a Clinton thing.

The last console I ever purchased.
That’s a newer one that had that worked out by then.

politics •Journalists float astonishing theory around silence surrounding Mitch McConnell’s healthEnglish
46·5 days agoNo, the GOP loved Mitch. He’s a big reason they have the power that they do today. He was willing to always be that guy behind the scenes keeping things in line and doing the unthinkable just for the power. He set the record for longest time refusing to confirm a supreme court justice because it was a democratic pick. Then he turned around and also set the record for fastest confirmation when in the opposite situation. His party loved him.

Green Energy@slrpnk.net•China is building 75 solar parks in Cuba, and the island’s power crisis is becoming an infrastructure experimentEnglish
1·5 days agoNot always. Sometimes they offer to build the infrastructure to help you mine your resources then snatching up almost all the profit leaving your country and its people still very poor. This is how and why China controls the world’s rare earth magnets and other more exotic materials that modern tech relies on. It’s modern imperialism.

1·5 days agoDo you not understand what a suite of tools is? It’s a curated collection of tools that have been chosen to work together. You’re describing the reasons why Pangolin is in fact a full suite. You’re right, Pangolin is the bit that orchestrates them and brings them together with an easier way to manage them. That’s what a suite of tools does.

1·6 days agoI’m not saying “much easier”, but I do think you’ve stumbled upon where I think our disagreement truly is. I’m speaking in pluralities. Women and men, groups of people. Clearly there are more successful women than men. As any creator ranking can demonstrate. However, I think you are coming from an individualistic standpoint. Of which I make no assumption. For an individual woman or man, I have no idea if it’s harder or easier and frankly I don’t care because I assume they’re both incredibly hard. A man has a limited audience and a woman has more competition. I have no clue what set of differences are harder than the other and I don’t pretend to know.

I agree and never said it wasn’t. I actually said the opposite. I said it only appears to be easy.

1·6 days agoI did not. It took you misinterpreting what I have written to convince yourself that’s what I said. I clearly said it’s not easy for anyone.

1·6 days agoBut that’s just it. The number of women who are are successful are far greater than men. It’s just a numbers game of having a larger potential audience. I didn’t say it was easy, nor did I imply that it is. I quite literally said the opposite, that it only appears easy.

22·6 days agoPangolin uses gerbil with newt for those wireguard tunnels. That’s a massive improvement already. It also adds a bunch more features like vpn, you can crowdsec, and more that I don’t use. To say it’s debatable if it’s a suite of tools is just wrong.

21·6 days agoI’ve set it up next to my NPM and it’s more complicated, but so much more capable. Traefik is what it uses to proxy things. You’re comparing a full suite of tools with just one piece.

How is pulling a sheet from a roll more complicated than pulling a sheet from a stack?
