We’re not in a civil war situation because the republican voters are happy that their guy won the election so they stopped paying attention, and the democrat voters still think that we can vote our way out of this. The liberals protests are non disruptive and entirely legal, they’re only goal is to get people to vote democrat. The protest groups leadership has been hijacked by status quo democrats, in an effort to minimize impact and “keep the peace”.

  • It’s not the democrats who need to learn this lesson, it’s voters. We all need to learn that the democrats and the republicans are two parts of one entity, and their priority is to the status quo and the protection of capital. The people’s needs are in direct conflict with the corporations needs to make as much money as possible. Which makes “left” and “right” voters allies, they can’t have that so they divide us with culture war in the hopes that we won’t see this.

We’re not going to vote our way out of this.

The police, politicians, and maga, none of them are mad about the protests. Why do you think that is? It’s because they’re not a problem. If they’re not a problem, then they’re not effective. Nobody wants to stand around waving signs and smiling at each other. We’re also not interested in voting for more centrist democrats and their strongly worded letters. Democrats and republicans are obviously two sides of the same coin. We need to go further left, and we need to get real pissed off, real fast.
