One of my coworkers messed up by not checking ai output before following its direction.
When they were reprimanded, i was used as an example of what they should be doing to better use ai safely due to my low amount of fuckups.
I dont use ai and clearly they dont realize that.
I only found out because this coworker, who is a genuinely good and curious diligent worker, asked me for tips. After telling them i just dont mess with ai they let me know what happened.

If you can hack cameras that have an absurd amount of private data within them in 30s, id imagine you’d probably want to spend more than 30s explaining why that’s a bad thing and how it works.
