I haven’t seen any doorbell footage yet though. How are you finding unnamed videos?
I took it to mean that AI companies have collaborated with doorbell companies to train on everyone’s doorbell footage.

People use a tool called BitTorrent to download content from other users, often times to “pirate” movies and shows. When you share downloaded content with other users, it’s called seeding.
Satan is accusing the man of receiving content from other users, but not doing the same for others. The joke is that his actions are considered rude/selfish, not worthy of going to hell for.
