Haha, I get ya! I’m definitely more on the DL side of things myself, but at the same time I’m a sucker for a cute design. :P

I’ve only ever heard good things about them, but none of the designs really jive with me.

Honestly, the ABDL scene over on Reddit has been basically the only thing keeping me going back there! For many reasons, I would much prefer to use and grow the Fediverse, and I think right now the ABDL community relies way too much on Reddit, so I’d like to do what I can to make this place as good as (if not better than) the Reddit communities.

There’s move work to be done though!

Please also go subscribe to the community over on [email protected], without the underscore, which the admins have also put me in control of for now. That’ll probably be where we build the community here, because the underscore is annoying!

Sadly it looks like that wont work either, because Lemmy considers “ab_dl” and “abdl” to be the same community name, so I can’t make a new community without the underscore, I geuss.

I think the only way to remove the underscore would be to rename or remove the existing community from the database. But I’m not sure. I’ve send yay a PM asking if there’s any possibility of that, but if not I might be out of luck.

The site seems to treat them as the same name, but the underscore is very ugly, especially in the URL.
