Just a heads up that WSL stands for “Windows Subsystem for Linux”, not Windows Socket Layer.

I did an Iron Tarkus cosplay build in DKS1. Stuck with the heavy roll and chose the wolf ring and ring of steel protection. Dumped pretty much everything into strength, health, and endurance.

It actually performed a lot better than I thought it would. Any physical damage build I was up against was pretty immediately shocked at how little damage I took.

I use the same and for the same reason of wanting it to be tailless.

What am I missing out on? I don’t mean this in a mean way, I think you are correct that I don’t know and am legitimately curious.

For big ones it is a time commitment thing, but for small ones I have tried to do my part.

I have found I generally have the time to act as a caretaker for some small communities, and there are more than a couple communities out there which have lone creator accounts that have been deleted and are essentially unmoderated (outside of instance admins).

I found a couple of these, [email protected] and [email protected], and decided I could help watch them as a result.

If they are fairly small I would definitely recommend it to anyone else - for me, by far and large, I find that the users who engage with these communities are really very respectful and create good conversation about the topics, which makes my role very simple most of the time.

I don’t think people on an AI community hate AI and therefore hate your project, I think they just hate the project you have made.

This is probably because there is no sensible narrative, a lack of interesting cinematography, awful music that cuts in and out at weird times, weird cuts that don’t flow, no real dialogue, etc.

As a film I couldn’t tell anyone what it is about or why they should watch it based on the trailer - the entire point of a trailer is to establish this.

This isn’t so much poor AI as it is extremely poor film making.

If you post content then people will probably see it and hop in over time. Got a Tacoma Offroad myself but haven’t got the resources to set it up to take it out very much. I’m mostly just glad I got in on the last model they were making with a V6.

Oh yea, I have played a few PVP matches for sure. It’s always fun to see other peoples builds and I don’t think there are too many other games that make me sweat like AC6’s combat for PVP. Also always fun to see someone honor dueling like that.

I always like to see my opponents reaction when I use an unconventional build too - I have a sniper build which makes use of that sidearm which disables their targeting so that I can try to out-range them, so I actually try to play it a bit stealthily and hide behind cover. Not my best build, but it definitely works better than one would think.

AC6 was quite good. I was able to beat NG++, all arena battles, S rank every mission and get all achievements in just under 91 hours of play, which is really nice because it strikes the right balance between a game that takes 5 hours and is too easy, and one that takes 1000 hours and is too tedious.

More than any particular mission, I really liked the alternative story lines in NG+ and NG++ where it put new spins on something you had played before.

Between that last good shutdown and the problem occuring did you plug something else in on the circuit? Could be failing to pull enough wattage to operate or something maybe.

Its pretty modular for workflow and layout in the contemporary. Would recommend checking out the trial version to see if it looks alright to you now, or otherwise just watching through some videos.

Nothing for me. All the games I care about run great, I’m much happier with my UX/UI using KDE Plasma, I’m very happy being able to use a bash shell in a terminal emulator of my choice, etc.

Look into Bitwig if you haven’t, it is kind of ableton-like in that you can pretty much automate anything with anything else - fully cross platform as well.
