1·3 months agoThanks for the great insight! I actually haven’t experienced that “pine straw cushion” myself yet, but now I’m very curious to try it.
It sounds much more comfortable than sleeping on a regular mat!
-5°C is still quite a challenge, so I think you’re braver than you realize!
Hope your next autumn trip is amazing.

2·3 months agoThank you! I’m so happy to hear you say that about Mount Fuji. ありがとうございます。
I hope you’ll see Mount Fuji from my forest someday. It’s a breathtaking view that you’ll never tire of photographing.
I also hope to one day see the magnificent American scenery you’ve described.
Your stories about forests are very interesting.
In fact, for the past 10 years, I’ve been working on “natural regeneration” here, restoring the natural cycle of my forest.
While it’s true that the sight of deciduous trees dormant in winter can be a little lonely, I’ve come to appreciate that “stillness” as a necessary part of the cycle for the arrival of a vibrant spring.
Telluride (Colorado), with its mix of conifers and autumn leaves, is a dream location for any photographer.
I’ll definitely add it to my list of places I want to visit! Seeing the aurora borealis in Michigan has also become one of my big dreams.
If a miracle happens and I ever get to meet you,
I’d love to show you some of my favorite local attractions.
Thank you, and I hope to hear more wonderful stories!

2·3 months agoAutumn is truly magical!
The way the leaves change color is exceptional.
The Upper Peninsula in Colorado and Michigan must be breathtakingly beautiful.
I just spread out a map and was moved by some of the forest images.
I wonder if you can see the aurora borealis there?
Absolutely amazing!
And I yearn for the vibrant sight of the large deciduous trees on the Upper Peninsula.
Here in the mountains of Japan, the way the forests change color with Mount Fuji in the background during autumn is one of my favorite sights, but
Japan is mostly coniferous forests, which is a little disappointing.
Thank you for introducing me to such wonderful places.!

3·3 months agoThat’s wonderful. The silence near the Arizona border must have been exceptional. It’s truly amazing how quiet nature can be, to the point where you can even hear your own voice.
I’d love to experience that feeling of being embraced by the vast natural beauty of Arizona someday.
I also enjoy being by the water, but right now, I’m captivated by the special charm of mountain tranquility.
Thank you for sharing such a wonderful memory!

nice to meet you. I was surprised when I saw the picture. I live near Mount Fuji, but I’ve never seen a Fuji Kit Kat! shaped like Mount Fuji.
It must be a very rare item that even locals don’t know about. I want to buy one too, so I’ll go look for it at a nearby souvenir shop.
My family and I had a good laugh about it.
Out of all the photos I have, I chose this one because it looks like a Fuji Kit Kat.

Japanese Photos & Photography in Japan•Aerial view of Mount FijiEnglish
3·4 months agoThis is a breathtaking aerial view! It’s actually quite surreal to see this, as I live right down there in the corner of this photo. Looking up at it every day is one thing, but seeing it from this perspective is truly special.

Japanese Photos & Photography in Japan•Late Night In Shinsekai OsakaEnglish
3·4 months agoGreat location choice. Shinsekai at nearly 11 PM feels like a different world compared to the daytime crowds. It’s one of those spots where the grit and the neon really tell a story. Glad you’re enjoying your trip!

I couldn’t agree more! There’s a certain ‘stillness’ in Fuji that definitely flows through Japanese art and design. Glad you felt that energy! ありがとうございます。
