Ein “Recht auf Sex” wäre aber wie ein “Recht auf Leben” oder “Recht auf körperliche Unversehrtheit” kein Recht, das wir immer und unter allen Umständen garantieren können. So wie ich niemanden zwingen kann, seinen Körper dafür bereitzustellen, damit ich weiterleben kann, kann ich niemanden dazu zwingen Sex mit mir zu haben, selbst wenn ich ein “Recht auf Sex” hätte.

Wenn ich ein Recht auf Sex bejahe, denke ich nicht, es muss zu jeder Zeit für jeden Menschen einen sexuell willigen und kompatiblen Partner geben. Ich denke, es hat vor allem mit unserem Umgang mit Sexarbeit zu tun, die der Text nicht einmal berührt.
