I think the republicans are screwed. As unpopular as Biden is, Trump’s favorability is even worse. He will not win and could very well get convicted. Anyone running against Trump can’t win because Trump will split the voting base. There is no winning scenario.
Putting troops in Cuba seems short sighted on the part of China. Wouldn’t that give us a viable excuse to increase the troop presence on Taiwan?
It seems from reading through various reports that they’re having the most success in the south, though they’re not having the success anyone had hoped for on any front. They’re advancing, but at a heavy cost. I’m far from a weapons expert but I wonder if there is a next step in weaponry that the US could provide to help drive the campaign.
