That does sound curious. Makes me curious of the context as well. They sound pretty level headed from the comments here, so I’m hoping it’s a misunderstanding.

My god. First of all, sorry on behalf of those men, although not to help those men say sorry, but for your sake.
Secondly, wtf. W. T. F.
Is that your job, to look prettier on your commute? Like, what? Gosh. This is probably small potatoes to you by now but it’s rage fuel for me. The gall that people have to think they’re entitled to leave an open opinion on what you “should do” in order to please them. Disgusting.
Aside from being super awful, how can that possibly actually be a known fact though?

Man that’s some serious adrenaline shake right there.
Plays fine embedded in Voyager.
Man here, also appreciate it. We need to set good examples and show our fellow men what isn’t acceptable.
Also a man 🖐️ also never seen this happening IRL 🖐️ Also on board with the reason probably being that I don’t look for it, I’m not on the receiving end, etc etc. Also probably because I don’t get out much, and when I do I focus on my wife and/or kids, depending who I’m out with.
I have also heard that basically all women experience creeps like this at least once in their lives, if not regularly.
But is it really true that “women experience it every day for their whole lives”? I find it hard to believe, even in a big city. 🤯
What kind of error are you getting?
It is. It’s the way we work for ourselves rather than for each other that’s the issue.
They said:
people looking to jump ship from Chromium-based browsers.
You’re talking about jumping from Firefox…
Let’s just say it’s a mechanical device. Otherwise it’s too much of a spoiler. 😅
Watch it, it’s one of my favorites. Jodie Foster kills in it. So good.
I’m not in the US but this shit hits globally, especially the Ukraine war which is closer to me here in Europe.
I’m at least lucky to be driving an EV and not being affected so much by the gas prices, which are now back to peak pandemic/Ukraine war prices.
Had a friend telling me they filled half a tank for like $90. Pretty crazy. Meanwhile charging from 20–90% is like $15 for me.
That’s so crazy how we can be so opposite 😄
The scary part about knives for me is how actually dangerous they are. Like people getting stabbed can die just as easily as from a gunshot wound. Knives wreck one’s insides. And when people stab people they usually don’t just do the one stab. It’s often really going all in. 😭 And like, the feeling of having been stabbed and losing your life semi-slowly. So scary to me.
Okay fair enough, this is more exhausting than it’s worth so I have no interest in taking this further. 👍 Have a good one!
Sugar is clearly not a necessary part of nutrition. I have several relatives who live completely sugar-free who are feeling better than they ever have. No sugar intake, not even fruit, no carbs that turn into sugar. It’s the LCHF diet. So it’s a pretty good example after all.
Look, you’re doing your very best at making me out to be the bad guy here. With your extreme stretching of what I’m saying, that “we as one people on earth” is “still a grouping” but it’s a group consisting of all people? Come on, bruh. Really? That’s just being extreme. I feel like you’re up to some kind of rhetorical abuse here. It’s not sea-lioning, but almost tangential. Breaking down every single detail of what I’m saying, isolating it from its context, then generalizing it. Ignoring the major points. It’s not a pleasant way to have a discussion, friend. You know what I’m saying and what you’re doing isn’t cool. Just thought I would let you know. (Also, inb4 “oh oh, it’s not pleasant when you’re WRONG?!” I can see this one coming, so please. I’m saying this knowing full well how it sounds.)
Look, I’m just calling it out like I see it, that name-calling isn’t productive, and I told you I’m focusing on this particular example of calling this person a Luddite and how it isn’t helpful to the conversation at all. There’s no need for grouping one individual in this case. Right? That was my point.

Is Schulz the original author/creator of these back in the day? Pardon my ignorance.
I dunno, there’s just… No substance. Just a person doing a thing to another person, almost. Almost being mean, but saying “nope, I don’t have the heart to be mean.” Like, a’ight. 😄 It’s more funny how it isn’t funny.
Maybe it’s not trying to be funny? Maybe there’s a political theme for the time, hiding behind this? Who knows, not I.
