Can we move the Kendrick Lamar energy further into politics for a few years please?

Yeah, why would we want Pulitzer Prize winner energy in politics?

I guess if you set it to music and make it rhyme, then whatever you have to say is worthless?

Edit: don’t get mad and downvote just because you don’t actually know who Kendrick Lamar is.

Edit: can I get some more angry replies for mistakenly reading a comment as sarcasm?

Most people, after our previous president, seem to want to move away from this type of celebrity bullshit in our politics, so I read their comment as sarcasm.

Before you see red and send that angry response, maybe go back and read their comment as sarcasm and tell me it doesn’t make sense.

Edit don’t get mad and downvote just because you don’t actually know who Kendrick Lamar is.

People are probably downvoting due to you apparently assuming that the other person was being sarcastic, rather than referring to how masterly Lamar is taking down likely sexual predator Drake in recent diss tracks.

I wouldnt be responding to this if you didn’t double down on your edit.

I’m down voting you because your response makes 0 sense.

I say good things about Kendrick and you attack me like I said bad things about Kendrick.

Don’t get mad and complain about downvotes just because youre not a good reader.

The way your comment was strangely worded had me read it as sarcasm. As in “can we please have a little more time before our politics turns into vapid rap battles”.

Obviously I misread it, and many people have pointed that out. Angrily. But I dunno, go back and read your comment while thinking sarcasm.

Most people don’t want that kind of kind of celebrity “discourse” in politics, especially after our previous president.

So I read it as sarcasm. No need to take it personal.

I guess I’ll edit my original comment because apparently I’ve made some folks real mad.
