To date I’m pretty sure the Houthis only successfully hit and sank one shipping vessel.

Feels kind of a waste to send a bunch of slow cruise missiles against the exact type of ship that would have all the defenses against cruise missiles.

Or maybe they just want to keep enforcing a blockade without escalating with the USA.
