I am searching for a job and require my phone number to be included on my resume. Is there a service available in the EU (excluding the UK) that can provide this.

      They don’t provide end-user apps, do they? It’s just APIs and SDKs.

        Yes. Unless you are a developer about to develop an app or are an organization, don’t touch Twilio.

        I use Twilio for some testing and alerting and this is advenced control panel there.

        True. But if you just want to forward SMS messages and phone calls to a different number in a different country you can do that just with configuration.
