It’s part of a background headline from this vintage newspaper video template: https://elements.envato.com/newspaper-vintage-history-headlines-promo-6UD9B8E Though I have no doubt if Biden’s campaign did the same, Republicans would be up in arms about it. Edit: I guess it’s easier to click the downvote button than it is to watch the video.
