I’ve had it made with everything from cheap Mexican beer to milk stout and it’s always pretty great. My favorite is Shiner beer bread made into a grown up grilled cheese with tomato soup.
minus-square@[email protected]linkfedilink6•8 months agoI find many beers impact the flavor only just a bit, but a Toasted lager makes a great loaf. It’s a nice way to use up beer you didn’t finish or don’t like and it’s a super easy recipe.
