minus-square@Zachariahlink6•8 months agoI read a while ago of two strategies to combat this: Swap the justices to other life-long positions in different federal courts, and swap in other life-long federal judges Grow the Supreme Court If I recall correctly, these were explained as plans that the President has the power to do without needing legislative approval. I never looked into whether these claims were accurate.
