Campus cops don’t have authority like police do.
Depends on how they are trained and the authorizations they have. Idk if authorizations is the right word but many do have authority.

On many campuses they are just security. Not always though
That’s what i assumed, that it was just campus security. Weakens my point though, that they are legal police.
