Exactly my thoughts. I’m so entirely down for lab grown meat. If they can get the texture and taste perfected, and make manufacturing fast and effcient, it’d be a much better alternative to raising cows and chickens. No animal suffering, no devoting huge percentage of our arable land to growing food for live stock. It’s just an all around win, but some people are so against it, hell Florida made it illegal there!
