Thank you! I have deftly and proudly cheated! The leathers and green skin are both primed black, then airbrushed white from above. Both are then colored with 2 layers of contrast paint each, and the skin got a few more layers of various green and brown glazes.
In places where I didn’t like the airbrush speckles, I used some very very thin black to glaze that area in a downward motion to smoothen the transition before applying the contrast paint.
Looks great! I like the gradient black to brown on his leather hood in the back. How did you do that?
