Chinese automakers outsold US brands for the first time in 2023, with brands selling 13.4 million units. Japanese brands led the market with 23.6 million cars sold in total.

    Sure but that doesn’t really match with the situation (also, eat my dust is car related anyhow so it works on two levels)
