Tbf the vice president has not been the candidate since Al Gore, so I don’t think it can be seen as the default.

    He came back specifically because he was a decent candidate to take Trump down.

No hate speech, slurs, celebrating death, advocating violence, or abusive language. This will result in a ban. Usernames containing racist, or inappropriate slurs will be banned without warning
