I was being ironic. But look for a microwave with grill function. That is entirely separate from the microwave itself and adds some infrared heaters at the top. This is insufficient for baking, but frozen pizza with a pre-baked crust will absolutely get a bit cispsy in it.
All microwaves can defrost. In 30ish years I have yet to see one make pizza crust crispy.
