Hmm, some work to be done still 😀
I’m not much of a developer unfortunately, and there’s no automod right here… Nor is there a wiki system. But I’m sure that will come over time. Until then we’ll just have to make do with an off-site wiki somehwere.
I am a developer and made already a bot here :) Sadly i cant see a good way to make commands. Or hook on events ( for example on Creation of a comment ;( ) .

I remembered this comment when I saw today that someone had created a Mastodon bot that through the power of federation has visibility of everything posted in a community here.

Yeah of course very bot has the visibility of every federated instance.
