    Recipe for good sleep:

    • Eat last about 3 hours prior
    • No booze
    • Meditate
    • Exercise for 30 mins or more
    • Shower just before bed
    • Wash sheets every week
    • White noise of some kind (eg. Fan)
    • If out of routine 2 Polaramine 1hr before bed can help till body clock reset

      • Keep a little journal to write big thoughts and a todo list for the next day so you don’t have to think about them in bed
      • Phone in another room when in bed

        This all sounds great but I’m right in the middle of a multi year self destructive streak, maybe later.

      You forgot the most important thing after exercise: NO CAFFEINE
