    That’d be my dog. Who is out there making policy for my dog? Show me the politician who will criminalize the people who kill their ex’s dog after a divorce and shit like that.

          Agreed, but you can probably also tack on assault charges if the owner was anywhere nearby.

              Ok well I’m not a lawyer I’m just saying what options you can look into if this happens today. I’m not commenting about whether it’s a harsh enough punishment or not

                If it happens today, I can fall back on what the law calls murder by doing the property damage to the person who thought the law is all they had to worry about.
