Sen. Mark Warner (D-Va.) is attempting to assemble a group of Democratic senators to go to the White House on Monday and ask that Joe Biden exit the presidential race, according to two people with direct knowledge of the effort.

So Biden’s use of emergency arms shipments were proper. Very good.
That’s not how I would describe circumventing congress to sell weapons for a genocide.
He didn’t circumnavigate. He sent an emergency shipment which Congress allowed him to do.
