Why did we have primaries? The only person for president on the dem primary in my state was Biden. Why didn’t they put other people on there, to gage interest in other candidates? What was the point of it?
Simple answer: Biden is an incumbent. You can’t run against an incumbent of your own party. This is the same everywhere .
