I use them everyday. Basically I wear them unless I can’t which is when there is to much rain or snow or reeeaaalllly cold temps and im going to be out for awhile (basically you will only be as warm as your socks). They are about as comfortable as any other shoe and I have even used inserts with them but they are comfortable enough that inserts are negligable. I use them when at work and standing for a long time. Main pros are cheep and super easy maintenance since you gan throw them in a bucket of water or hose them off or whatever.
