in a two party system like this it’s almost never like that. the choice is between two right wing parties, it’s just that one is fascist and one liberal so if you’re left wing you’re kinda stuck with voting “not fascist”.
two party system aside, in present environment encouraging people to read opponents program vs your own is a wrong move. In ideal world people should be informed about all platforms, but this is not how US works
