I watched the video. And I’m surprised they didn’t mention whether the screen is still with Dragon Trail glass.
All in all, I must say I’m not impressed with the decisions for Nord 4, compared to Nord 3.

Snapdragon 7+gen 3 makes it worth it IMO. Its leaps ahead of dimensity 9000 with better power efficiency and performance. The battery life is good too. They improved the water and dust resistance to IP65 from IP54. The software update police has improved significantly from 3-4 years of OS & security updates to 4-6 years of OS and security updates.

The camera could’ve been improved but I think the metal body, improved update policy and the 7+gen3 processor took a good chunk of the budget.

No charger in the box is a scummy move any way you slice it. At least should’ve given a launch day offer of giving the fast charger.

Yes that’s definitely an upgrade, but there are lots of better SOC now, they could also have used the Dimensity 9200+, which is comparable to Snapdragon 8 gen 2. And even the Dimensity 8200 Ultra would have been better.

Yes and the price is allegedly the same, we expect improvements, like better SOC and Camera, but not at the cost of making other things worse.

I’m not impressed by IPS 65, No-charger, Snapdragon 7+ gen 3, and worse camera , if they want to make a “flagship killer”.
IMO the Alu-body ads nothing over a good synthetic back, that is lighter thinner more durable, protects the phone better and is cheaper.
The only thing worse than Alu is glass.

But that’s probably subjective, others may love their choices?
