I’m sorry, why the fuck would make a ‘reminder’ and then attack people that learned something? Screenshot OP is more concerned with virtue signaling than actually educating the people he’s ‘reminding’. What a way to make sure that person will never be reachable with new info.

“I wanted to learn, bit the asshole who pretended to offer just wanted to humiliate me, so I’ll vote for the clown again. Cause I feel safe there”

He’s angry because it’s supposed to be a reminder, and not the first time someone has heard it. He’s framing it like it is common knowledge (which it should be) and is upset because someone clearly was not aware (which is the crazy part and why he is angry).

He’s not angry because the person is asking a question, he’s angry because the person didn’t know something that absolutely without a doubt should be known and understood by every single American.

He’s more angry at the scenario, not the person.

The American public used to care about whether a president wore a tan suit or put Dijon mustard on his sandwich. And that was less than a decade ago for goodness sakes. Now people “aren’t aware” that a president staged a coup, nearly got his vice president killed, and the sr people don’t care that he’s running again as a rapist fraudulent felon. We look incredibly fucking embarrassing on the world stage, and it’s all because of ignorant, brainwashed idiots.

They only reasons anyone cared about the color of the suit, the type of mustard being used, or his preferred lettuce was because of the color of his skin or the letter behind his name. I’ve also only heard of a terrorist fist-bump in the context of him, but I saw a whole lot of athletes and celebrities doing that for years before his presidential campaign.

Don’t legitimize racism and blatant partisan behavior.

I called out those things specifically because they were ridiculous at the time and the irony shouldn’t be lost on us at what the GOP ignores today, things that definitely aren’t as trivial.

I’m not legitimizing racism or partisan behavior, I think you missed my point. No worries though, we’re closer aligned in our thoughts than you likely think.

That’s a fair point, and I was aware of your overall intent. I do think it’s important to word things carefully, particularly in this area, because there are those who will twist your words to claim that even progressives thought it was a big deal that Obama wore a tan suit.

People certainly talked about it, though.
