although it would be really funny if this guy got on the news for doing something bad and his neighbor would give an interview like “wow, we had no idea…”
well at least it doesn’t look exactly like something that you would find in possession of a serial killer after they’re caught.
A smart serial killer wouldn’t draw that much attention to themselves. Or so I’ve heard
