Alternatively, revoke his visa and/or deny him entrance. He’s not here on diplomatic stuff, if he’s meeting with Trump, so he probably needs a visa.

There is no legitimate diplomatic reason for him to do that. Revoke his visa and order him to leave the country; when he refuses… put him on a plane. For somewhere in the SCC.
