Donald Trump repeatedly used the n-word in response to his car being damaged in the early 1970s, according to a new memoir by his nephew.

Fred C. Trump III recounts the incident at his grandparents’ house in Queens in his book All in the Family: The Trumps and How We Got This Way, according to The Guardian. “‘N—s,’ I recall him saying disgustedly. ‘Look what the n—s did,’” Fred reportedly quotes his uncle as saying.

I don’t like the guy, but someone using racial slurs in the 70s is not surprising.

I didn’t use racial slurs in the 70’s.

Just because it’s not surprising doesn’t mean it wasn’t wrong even “back then.”

I didn’t use racial slurs in the 70’s.

Neither did I, on the account of being unborn for the next 20 years or so.

Typical lazy millenial, waiting around to have someone else give birth to you.

Democrats said it was fine that Joe Biden supported segregation cause he had changed. Were Democrats arguing in had faith? Should we not trust Kamala since she destroyed lives over marijuana?

Biden didn’t support segregation. He worked with segregationists to pass legislation. To call Biden a segregationist an insult to Cornpop. And you don’t want to insult Cornpop. Cornpop was a bad dude.

Did Biden vote for segregation, or say "we gotta segregate those n*****"?

          Asking for a friend.

I do generally believe actions are worse than words. But as with all things, there should be nuance here.

Do you think the actions of the guy saying “n******” will be better than the guy who doesn’t in regards to racially egalitarian regulation?

Where’s your source for this? Or, let me guess, you just made this shit up because you’re trash?

That’s another reason why he shouldn’t be president. He’s too old. Kamala Harris was a child in the 70s.

Even if it was surprising, it’s at least 45 years ago.

If you’re 40, that’s how long ago WW2 was from when you were born.

The D - word is an ableist slur, change your tone.

I can’t see where I indicated that it was ever acceptable, just that it’s not surprising.
