I’ve read about tea, brownies, oil, butter, eaten as is (not sure about that one!). Which one do you recommend? 🌿
minus-squareN3Cr0linkEnglish2•1 year agoGive it multiple thorough washes with water inside a French press, until the water becomes clear. Dry it again. It turned gray at this point. Mix it with coconut oil and a tiny portion of lecitine and cook it 1h @ about 90°C in a water bath. Pour it through a cheese cloth and fill a few capsules using a syringe. Put the capsules in the fridge. Same for the rest of the oil. Tastes great on toast with chocolate or in a coffee.
