Portland is months away from a historic change to both its election system and entire form of government. Just make sure you register to vote and enjoy your ballot in the mail. Also, you can sign up for text alerts online to confirm when your ballot arrives/is counted. GG
Also stay on top of the ballots to. We didn’t get ours for the primaries and it was too late by the time we noticed.
