    I would switch MacOS and Microsoft. You really have to be an idiot to install that malware onto your computer voluntarily. MacOS is much safer and if you still have the need for shenanigans you have a Unix terminal to play with.

        Pretty sure most homemade consumer computers are installing Windows. 70/30 tops.

        (Maybe up to 50/50 if you don’t count professionally built custom PCs)

        Weird you’re getting downvoted. I mean, they’re not literally idiots, sure, but macOS and Windows are both terrible options. Seems to be a lot of Apple fanboys in the comments.

        It’s stable and works with most commercial software. I have homebrew that I use to install gcc and whatever else I need, and I have yet to experience an answer on a Linux forum not being directly applicable when I need to solve a problem. Best of both worlds if you ask me.
