Independent presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr.’s lawyers are defending him against a lawsuit that alleges he falsely claimed New York residency as he sought to get on the ballot in the state.

Independent presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr. fought to be on New York’s ballot Monday as a trial began over whether he falsely claimed to live in the state.

The lawsuit alleges that Kennedy’s nominating petition listed a residence in New York City’s northern suburbs while he actually has lived in Los Angeles since 2014, when he married “Curb Your Enthusiasm” actor Cheryl Hines.

    If he doesn’t live there then why does he dump animal carcasses in the park? I thought only residents could do that.

    Joking aside is he going to get in trouble for this? ( I know the answer is no) He should have had to pay to clean it up at least and bonuses for the people they made do the work
