New Port Richey is a cesspool. Don’t call the CPS there, I am pretty sure it was their facility that lost Eckerd Services the state contract for foster care.
Yeah it’s diverse as heck here and moderately progressive like any city. St Pete too. Good library system, great food, until recently shockingly good schools, that was a big change from when I was a school kid. Those are getting worse again now. Downtown is nice now, even.
Terrible public transportation though. So, therefore , crowded and dangerous roads.
