Ukraine blames their own air defense missiles hitting civilian buildings on Russia. They also hide soldiers in abandoned schools, tanks and APCs in farm silos and semi trucks, etc. I’ve seen at least dozens of photos taken from the Ukranian side where they hide in civilian infrastructure.
