Well, other than an array of possible pitfalls like the ones I answered for the other user, it might simply be easier to moderate for the current mod.
He does not want to spend time deciding whether a vendor is a scam or reliable, whether it is genuine review or not.
Not being able to tell if a vendor is reliable or a review a scam it a good point.
