Can you do me a favor and link the rule against certain usernames?
I haven’t seen that one anywhere.
I can’t find it right now, but it was some .admin lemmy link. Because before I signed up, I was reading about Lemmy (I only learned about Lemmy a week ago) and they had a section on usernames.
The username I was gonna choose was definitely offensive. So I didn’t use it.
But it was in a section on what to avoid when setting up a Lemmy account.
I did find this comment tho "As I said below there is no list of usernames or community names that are automatically blocked/banned because Lemmy currently doesn’t have that feature. Please keep reporting those."
Where did you find that comment?

This is my 6,971 comment on here so I don’t think anyone’s found it rule breaking but that one mod.
I would definitely have to agree with you that it doesn’t seem like many people mind it too much.
I think most people have a sense of humour.
I personally believe that humor is a deeply personal experience that varies from person to person.
