Yes but even there it has a bunch of rules about which nsfw you can or can’t post. What I want is “as long as it’s not illegal. It’s allowed”
Yes, my comment was about the general stance. Almost all instances handle it like that. Twitter, old Tumblr and reddit were actually much more free in that regard.
