Now, it’s full of people who saw the options to make money: doctor, lawyer, tech. They aren’t nerdy and passionate about tech. They’re just filling a role. I fucking hate that.

I hope the crumbling job market for programmers will make those people look elsewhere.
I hope it convinces white-collar workers that unions are a good thing for everyone.
