I use solid shampoo in general, but when I previously used liquid it always lathered right up and did its thing. Never noticed anything sticky about it.
My shampoo bottle literally says “gluten free.” I honestly don’t understand that.

Gluten can be used in shampoo to make it more sticky.

You would if you tried unsticky shampoo. It would be way too fluid, drip right off and get in your eyes.
