I’ve said it before, but it could just be a slice of life with Gray and the kids and I’d still love it - the family scenes are just so well done and the characters are wonderful. But then it has that whole additional layer of Gray the badass, and he is very much a badass, and an honorable and admirable one at that. And then as if that’s not enough, it’s also moving into rom-com territory, and doing that well too.
