What I have gotten is a link to a reddit post that I did not click on, some articles about managing privacy settings in the Brave browser, a piece on how Brave accuses Google of sharing / selling data, and a collection of “what is Brave” type articles.
It all depends on your personal needs.
If your Internet browsing consists of simple information gathering, some multimedia content then you can as well go with Edge, or even that privacy abomination that is Google Chrome.
But, if you care about your privacy, prefer to not cooperate with possible scammers, then the choice of a browser matters and a lot. I avoid like a plague every browser that was caught on invading user’s privacy - I don’t care about “we were wrong, sorry!” generic claims. Once a thief, always a thief.

As a Brave user, I’d like to know if I need to shop around for a new browser.
